Optimal Flow (Tuesdays, 6:00-7:00 p.m.): Energize your week with a healthy injection of mindful movement and posture. This all-levels class is designed to challenge, with an emphasis on strength, balance, stability, and sustainable joint mobility. Accompanied by gentle and accessible meditative guidance that promotes focus, mental relaxation and self-compassion, you’ll emerge feeling relaxed, refreshed and with greater resilience to handle whatever life throws your way. Yoga Unwind (Fridays, 6:00-7:00 p.m.): Decompression and restoring internal balance is the name of the game in this moderately paced, all-levels class. Make the time to get into your body and ease yourself out of the week’s tensions. Each session explores gentle and effective mobilizations targeting areas affected by days spent at devices and desks, harmonized with breathwork and meditative awareness to help improve mindfulness and reduce anxiety.
