Science of Breathing - Non-Members

Service Description

An exploration of various breathing techniques, designed to help relieve stress and improve athletic performance. This is an all-levels workshop, open to all ages and abilities. Activewear is recommended, and please bring indoor running shoes, as we will be making use of the indoor track for walking and (optional) running. The room will be fully ventilated with a running air purifier.
