Service Description

Discover options for healthy movement! Each FUNdamentals workshop covers a different subject - developmental and primal movement patterns, gait mechanics (walking, running, jumping), navigating from the ground up and back down, and much more! Learn basic anatomy, physiology and biomechanics designed to help you increase skill in your favourite activities. Suitable for a wide range of ages and abilities. Long pants and socks are recommended.
